Yes. We offer nursery services for all of our regularly scheduled worship services and midweek gatherings.
Our nursery serves infants and toddlers aged 0 to 3 years old.
Are children welcome in the worship service?
Yes! We welcome all children into our worship services. We also have a nursing mothers/cry room located at the back of our auditorium along with an overflow/worship training room in Room 2 of our Fellowship Hall.
The Worship Training Room is available for parents who are helping their young children grow accustomed to participating in corporate worship. It provides a nearby space where families can remain engaged in the service while gently guiding and teaching their children as needed.
What safety measures are in place for children?
The safety and security of our children is of utmost importance. All teachers, children's ministry volunteers, and nursery workers are required to have a clear background check.
Parents are required to check their children into the nursery using our Planning Center Check-ins Security Kiosk. All parents will receive 2 Name Tags (one for the child and one for the parent), 1 diaper bag label, and 1 security code label which matches the child's name tag. You must present this tag to the nursery workers to check your child out of the nursery.

Beliefs & Identity
What do you believe?
For a full explanation of our beliefs please see our What we believe page.
What does it mean that you are Presbyterian?
To be Presbyterian means to belong to a Reformed Christian tradition shaped by Scripture, the historic confessions of the church, and a form of church government led by elders. Presbyterians emphasize God’s sovereignty, salvation by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone, and the ordinary means of grace—Word, sacraments, and prayer—within the life of the covenant community.
For a more detailed description please refer to the What We Believe page.
What denomination are you part of?
Church Creek Presbyterian Church is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA).
What is your view of the Bible?
We believe that the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the inspired, infallible, inerrant word of God. We believe that the Holy Spirit superintended the prophets and apostles when he had them write God's revelation of Himself to the church. We believe that the Scriptures are the only infallible standard by which the entirety of our lives is governed.
What is your approach to worship?
At Church Creek PCA, we are committed to worshiping God in the way He has revealed in His Word. We do not use the term worship merely to refer to the musical or singing portions of the service. Rather, worship refers to the whole of the service we render to God as we gather as His people.
In worship, God calls us into His presence, speaks to us through His Word, and invites us to respond with faith, repentance, thanksgiving, and obedience. Our aim is to ascribe to God the glory due His name in every part of the service.
Membership & Involvement
Do I need to become a member?
No—you are welcome to attend worship, events, and ministries without becoming a member. However, church membership is encouraged for those who desire to place themselves under the pastoral care and oversight of the Session and to participate fully in the life of the church through vows, fellowship, and service.
What is the membership process?
We encourage anyone pursuing membership to regularly attend for at least 3 months in order to get to know the leadership and members of the church. We hold quarterly Inquirer's Classes that dive deeper into what it means to be a member of a local church and our beliefs as a confessional and Reformed, Presbyterian congregation.
Once you have completed this class, we welcome you and your family to be interviewed by the Elders of the church.
Once you have been interviewed, the elders may invite you into membership.
How can I get connected?
The best way to get connected to others in this congregation is to attend regular Lord's Day worship services, along with our Midweek at Church Creek Gatherings.
How can I serve or volunteer?
Many of the service opportunities are reserved for members in good standing. However, there are many other informal ways of service in the church that do not require membership.
Do you offer small groups or Bible studies?
Our Midweek at Church Creek gatherings are where our main Bible Study groups take place. We have dedicated Men's, Women's, Youth, and Children's bible studies.
We also have a young adult group (Career & college age) that meets monthly, typically on Friday nights.
Sacraments & Worship Practices
Who may take the Lord’s Supper?
If you are a baptized, professing believer and a communicant in good standing of an evangelical church, you are welcome to come to the table.
If you have young children that are baptized but have not been examined by the elders for a credible profession of faith, we ask that your children would abstain from taking the Lord's Supper.
How often do you celebrate the Lord’s Supper?
We observe the Lord's Supper every Sunday unless otherwise specified.
What is baptism, and who may be baptized?
Baptism is a sacrament that is instituted by the Lord Jesus Christ and is a seal of the Covenant of Grace, of our ingrafting into Christ, and of our union with Him, of remission of sins, regeneration, adoption, and life eternal.
The water, in baptism, represents and signifies both the blood of Christ, which takes away all guilt of sin, original and actual; and the sanctifying virtue of the Spirit of Christ against the dominion of sin, and the corruption of our sinful nature.
The baptizing, or sprinkling and washing with water, signifies the cleansing from sin by the blood and for the merit of Christ, together with the mortification of sin, and rising from sin to newness of life, by virtue of the death and resurrection of Christ.
The promise is made to believers and their children; and that the children of believers have an interest in the covenant, and right to the seal of it, and to the outward privileges of the Church, under the Gospel, no less than the children of Abraham in the time of the Old Testament; the Covenant of Grace, for substance, being the same; and the grace of God, and the consolation of believers, more plentiful than before.
The Son of God admitted little children into His presence, embracing and blessing them, saying, “For of such is the kingdom of God."
Children by Baptism, are solemnly received into the bosom of the Visible Church, distinguished from the world, and them that are without, and united with believers; and that all who are baptized in the name of Christ, do renounce, and by their Baptism are bound to fight against the devil, the world, and the flesh; they are federally holy before Baptism, and therefore are they baptized.
The inward grace and virtue of Baptism is not tied to that very moment of time wherein it is administered; and that the fruit and power thereof reaches to the whole course of our life; and that outward baptism is not so necessary, that through the want thereof, the infant is in danger of damnation.
By virtue of being children of believing parents they are, because of God’s covenant ordinance, made members of the Church, but this is not sufficient to make them continue members of the Church. When they have reached the age of discretion, they become subject to obligations of the covenant: faith, repentance and obedience. They then make public confession of their faith in Christ, or become covenant breakers, and subject to the discipline of the Church.
Why do you use a set order of worship?
Please refer to our page on Worship.
Why do you recite creeds or confessions?
Please refer to our page on Worship.
Giving & Stewardship
Is giving required?
Although giving is not required, we encourage all congregants to give generously and cheerfully, not under compulsion, as Scripture has instructed the people of God. Giving is a tangible act of both faith and worship of the Triune God.
How can I give?
We offer many ways to give to ministry of Church Creek:
Online through Planning Center Giving
In-person during the Offertory portion of our worship service
Mail-in Checks
What is giving used for?
Your giving goes to support the ministerial work of Church Creek Presbyterian, the management of facilities and personnel, and missions both foreign and local.
Do you pass an offering plate?
During the Offertory portion of our morning worship service an offering plate is passed while the congregation remains seated for the singing of a hymn and the collection of tithes and offerings.
Midweek & Events
What is Midweek at Church Creek?
We meet every 2nd & 4th Wednesday of the month at 6:00pm to share a meal together and have bible studies. We have bible studies for men, women, youth, and children. Please look at our events page for the latest registration information.
Do I need to register for midweek meals?
In order to have accurate meal counts we ask that you register yourself and anyone who plans to attend with you, including guests. Registrations close the Friday before the next meeting in order to allow plenty of time to place large food orders.
If you do not register we cannot guarantee that there will be enough food for those who did not register.
What if I forget to register?
If you forget to register, we cannot guarantee that there will be enough food leftover for those who pay at the door.
Are there events during the week?
Yes. These gatherings are on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of every month, unless otherwise specified.
Is childcare provided at events?
Yes. We have a nursery for infants and toddlers ages 0–3 years old.
Grades K-12 have their own respective youth classes for both Sunday School and Midweek at Church Creek.
