Children's Ministry Resources

Children's Ministry Program

The ministries for covenant children at Church Creek PCA have one primary goal in mind: to make the glory of the Lord known to the next generation, “that the generation to come might know” (Psalm 78), so that they would set their hope in God. The goal in ministering to our children is to bring the heart of the gospel to the heart of the child. Through our ministries, children have opportunities to be instructed in God’s Word, to be involved in fellowship, and to engage in worship.

Sunday School

On Sunday mornings, we offer Sunday School classes for children from K–4 through high school. During this time, children are taught the truths of God’s Word, learning both the individual stories of Scripture and the overarching story of God redeeming a people through His Son, Jesus Christ. Classes for children ages four and older meet every Sunday from 9:15–10:00am.

Classroom Locations:

  • K-1st Grade meet in the Nursing Mothers/Cry Room in the main worship building
  • 2nd–5th Grade meets in Room 1 of the Fellowship Hall
  • 6th–12th Grade meets in Room 3 of the Fellowship Hall

Nursery

The mission of the nursery at Church Creek is to come alongside parents as they seek to raise their children in the love and admonition of the Lord. Our nursery facilities are available throughout the Sunday School and Morning Worship hours for infants and toddlers through three years of age.

The nursery and its volunteers operate according to a Safe Sanctuary Nursery Policy as we seek to provide a safe, loving environment for children. Our nursery is staffed by trained church members. Please do not hesitate to contact the Nursery Coordinator at nursery@church-creek.org at any time with your questions and concerns.
