CCP Youth! Kickoff Extravaganza
Who?: high school students, their families, and their friends
What?: an afternoon of swimming, paddle boats, volleyball, video games, ping pong, pizza, and ice cream
When?: Saturday August 28th from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Where?: Peaceful Way, 7218 Highway 165, Ravenel, SC
Why?: to start off our senior high youth group and have a blessed time of food, fellowship, and foosball
Other important details:
Cost: $5.00 per person with a max of $20.00 per family
RSVP: Please let Henry and Jennifer Thompson know approximately how many plan on attending by Wednesday, August 25th
Rules at Peaceful Way
For your safety and in order to maintain a family-friendly environment we
ask:
- Please refrain from all use of tobacco or alcohol.
- No pets.
- Please drive slowly and park in designated parking.
- Please do not climb on fencing or enter pasture areas.
- We ask that all girls/ladies wear shorts and t-shirt over their swim suits.
- PARENTS: Many activities at Peaceful Way involve some element of risk
(swimming, boating, climbing walls, horseback riding, etc.). It is your
responsibility to investigate the facilities and activity and all risks involved.
By allowing your child to participate, you assume all risks.
- ALL PERSONS, BOTH CHILDREN AND ADULTS REGARDLESS
OF SWIMMING ABILITY MUST WEAR VEST-STYLE LIFEJACKETS
AT ALL TIMES THEY ARE PARTICIPATING IN ANY LAKE
ACTIVITY. IF YOU INTEND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY LAKE ACTIVITY,
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN WELL-FITTING VESTSTYLE
(NOT HORSECOLLAR) LIFE JACKET. THIS REQUIREMENT
IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Directions (from Charleston):
Take 17 South (Savannah Highway) to Route 165 (Hardees/True Value intersection).
Turn Right onto 165 and go approximately 5 miles. Peaceful Way will
be on your right.
