We welcome to the pulpit at Church Creek Rev. Danny Clark, who is working through RUF at the College of Charleston. Danny grew up in McLean, Virginia, and went to James Madison University. There he studied Art History and Religion. There he also met his bride, Aspa Christodoulou. Aspa was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. Her background is Greek Orthodox and she became a believer in college. They have been married for seven years and have one son named Coleman. Danny recently graduated from Covenant Theological Seminary with a Master’s Degree in Divinity. His main passions in life include studying the depth and breadth of Scripture, teaching others about redemptive history, playing, watching, and reading all things sports, not to mention exposing worldviews using culture and movies.

Quotes of note...

Like the eye which sees everything in front of it and never sees itself, faith is occupied with the Object upon which it rests and pays no attention to itself at all. While we are looking at God, we do not see ourselves--blessed riddance. The man who has struggled to purify himself and has had nothing but repeated failures will experience real relief when he stops tinkering with his soul and looks away to the perfect One.
