B. THE GOD WE BELIEVE IN
1. A sovereign God
a. God chooses
b. God chooses before time began
c. God chooses when to make His choice known
2. A speaking God
a. He is there and He is not silent
b. He speaks truth
3. A saving God
a. God our Savior
b. The grace of God [1.4; 3.15]
1) Justified by grace [3.4-7]
2) Sanctified by grace [2.11-12]
